Liquor historians have found that some of the best whiskeys and rum were produced in the 1700's, when it was transported by wagon train or in the hull of a ship. The transportation period took place over 3-5 months and during that time, the liquid was constantly moving. Consumers found that these transported spirits had much more depth of flavor and smoothness compared to the products that were statically aged. With this knowledge, we set forth to develop a technology to move our spirits.
Tactile Immersed Isolated Maturation Engine, or TIIME™, is a trademarked process which allows us to Musically Mature™ our products. This process creates liquid waves forcing the liquid outward, into the wood, for far more barrel/liquid interaction.
